What careers are there for a college degree in Health Science?
The curriculum is a general exposure to basic sciences, anatomy, physiology, chemistry, with heavier emphasis on psychology and the sociology of human health issues.

Any thoughts? It is really designed to be a transitory degree into graduate work, but this fellow is NOT going to grad school.

      i dunno where you live, but in australia health science degrees mainly lead to non-clinical medical work. so like working with your states health department, health studies, indigenous health, vaccination programs etc
