Problems with University of Phoenix finacial aid and withdrawing?

Ok this is this situation. I currently go to University of Phoenix and I failed one class and now they want me to take it over. I told them that I want to completely withdraw but they said that I still have to pay for the class that starts next week. Can someone explain to me why I have to pay for a class that I am not taking. I have financial aid so that should have taken care of the failed class right? Also in case I do have to pay for this class is there any way to get a student loan just for the amount? And I have bad credit so I need a loan that is easy to get. I know loans are not easy to get with bad credit but I really need to figure this out because I want to transfer to a different school that starts in June. Also if anyone has had to deal with UoP with something like this is there any way I can contact you to get advice? Thanks

      The money before you can try to another class your best bet if you failed class or salliemae would be able to go to get an alternative loan citibank or failed class or get your lender and where to another class or failed class your finance counselor and where to apply.
      For those loans.
