Is there a tax break for college students who are a Junior and are working on a second bachelor’s degree?

P.S. asked:

I believe the Hope tax credit is only for college freshmen and sophomores. And I am working on a second bachelors degree ( i earned my first bachelor’s degree 15 years ago).
Will i be eligible for a tax credit in my situation?
