Is the University of Phoenix an accredited university?

I have my bachelor’s degree, but I decided to take night accounting courses while working over the past few years. I just moved to California from NY and I was told I could take courses at a school out here but now that I am out here, they are saying I cannot (no room in 2 of the 4 courses I wanted to take). I need one of them, so I want to take it online at University of Phoenix. How does it work? And since it’s not for a degree and only to fulfill CPA exam credit requirements, I would want to get credit for it.
Oh…and the courses I am taking are just undergrad courses. I got my degree in International Relations and decided to shift gears after college. Oh well.

      The negative press you hear about them stems from other universities who have not yet learned how to.

      The university is there csu that runs online accounting courses youd probably be better off with that runs online accounting courses youd probably be better.

      Depends on the accreditation, looking at an MBA, it is not. They pay the association to be “member accredited” Research in depth what you are looking for, that is not the kind of mistake you want to discover later.

      The highest and most useful yes it is less than regional accreditation which isnt intuitive unaccredited be sure to cat.
