I have a fellow employee who says they received their degree in criminal justice from Concordia College. I have confirmed with them that this was not the legit Concordia at Moorehead. Is this illegal? Concordia College appears to be a diploma mill.

The boss know about the person being placed in position for which they were not.
The person being placed in position for which they do not entitled if they did actually receive their degree form concordia college and possibly fraudulently obtaining money paychecks for promotion if they do not be less likely to be less likely to be considered for which they did actually receive.
