Does having a college degree really make a difference?

I’m currently working as a banker and might be switching my career over to project management. I have an interview set up with a company that I am very interested in, but I know that the other candidates have college degrees. I have gone to college, but have yet to receive my degree. Will this honestly impact my chances of landing this job?
