Does a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice, give you more pay in all departments?

I’m a Senior at my highschool and graduate fairly soon. In september I begin classes at ITT Tech for Criminal Justice. 4 Years Bachelor degree. Now I know some departments give you more pay yearly for having a degree, does having a degree get you more pay in all departments or?
