How to send high school transcript to other colleges when in college?

How would I send my high school transcript to other colleges now that I am already in college? When I was in high school, I went directly to my guidance counselor and told her which colleges I wanted transcripts sent out to. Would I have to e-mail my old guidance counselor even though I’m not a student there anymore or does someone at my current college handle that now? Who is in charge now of sending out my high school transcripts now that I am in college?
