Sunday, March 30th, 2008
chicata25 asked:

I live in Washington State, and have 2 young children and a hubby. Moving to a top University wouldn’t be practical. With my gpa I could get into any University I wanted. Are there any online programs offered at these top Universities? I’m really hoping for Psychology.

I have my AA transfer degree.

Do people with online degrees get hired?

Friday, March 28th, 2008
Robert W asked:

I am looking at online schools such as University of Phoenix and Kaplan as well as some others. My questions (and main concern) is that if I spend all this time and money getting a degree from one of these places would I actually be able to get a job from it? I would hate to spend all this time and money and just get laughed out of a job interview because they don’t accept a degree from an online school.

How do employers perceive online learning and degrees?

Sunday, March 23rd, 2008
G.O.A.T. asked:

I currently am 3 credits away from obtaining my associates degree in accounting from an accredited online degree program. I have always been curious as to how employers perceive these programs in terms of quality of education and readiness for the job. I am trying to decide whether to continue on with the online program for my bachelors or to get into a local traditional learning program.

Please offer any thoughts or experiences on the subject. Thank you!

Anyone done an online degree at University of Phoenix?

Wednesday, March 19th, 2008
donnjuan65 asked:

The Univerisity of Phoenix offers online degrees.

Approximately how much (total) does a typical Bachelors degree cost?

Also, does one have to go to a test center and write the exams every semester? Or are exams taken online at your home computer?

I have emailed them, but I wanted these answers fast from someone who has done a degree at University of Phoenix online.

Thanks in advance!
