Which masters degree would be most beneficial for this? I have considered a masters in school counseling. Should I look more into other degrees, like educational psychology or higher education?

I own a small business and am getting the degree for myslf but was wondering if at some point if I decided to get a job somewhere else if it would matter so much where I got the degree. How is the University of Phoenix business program different from a State University or other business schools. How is online education viewed by corporate america.

do you think many companies just want to see that you have a degree? will a company hire you with a bachelor degree in psychology, say a position such as manager.

and do you think having a business certificate next to a bachelor degree of psychology helps? such as a certificate in database or accounting ..etc will get me a job with computer field.

I just moved to California from NY and I was told I could take courses at a school out here but now that I am out here, they are saying I cannot (no room in 2 of the 4 courses I wanted to take). I need one of them, so I want to take it online at University of Phoenix. How does it work? And since it’s not for a degree and only to fulfill CPA exam credit requirements, I would want to get credit for it.
Oh…and the courses I am taking are just undergrad courses. I got my degree in International Relations and decided to shift gears after college. Oh well.
