What can I do with a masters degree in organizational development/behavior?

I’m looking to pursue a masters degree in organizational development, but I’m not sure if it’s in demand or where I’d begin looking for work. Ideally, I’d love to apply it to my current job as an admissions counselor for a university, but I wanted to know what other options I would have after this degree?
