How can we know if foreign online degrees are accredited in India?

There are hundreds of Universities and Institutions that offer online degrees at very low educational cost. How can we find that if these degrees are accredited or approved in India? Or the certificate issued by these authorities are valid in India?

What is an undergrad and a Bachelor degree?

Doctors need 4 years undergrad or a Bachelors degree to get into Medical school, right?
