Can I teach Chinese in any Sydney public school with my Chinese Bachelor degree of Chinese Education?

After 4 year study majored in Chinese Language & Culture in the Normal University, I achieved my Bachelor degree of Education. Now I am living in Sydney. Added 2 years of practical experience of teaching Chinese in a high school in Beijing, am I quarlified to teach Chinese (Mandarin)at any Sydney public school?
