i would like to do some bussiness related work. What are my options other than research. I’m a very idenpendent type person so i don’t want to have to work for someone else. i want to start something that i can possibly develop into something bigger. Are there any other options when i finish masters degree in biology or are research and med school my only options. I have a friend who is pretty wealthy and she just graduated from a two-year school which is legally able to award associate degrees. I asked her if she was going to further her education and earn a bachelor degree, but she said no.

Why is that? She said something about being in demand with only an associate degree. What does this mean? Does it mean that if she had a bachelor degree it would cost employers more to hire her?

Why would someone choose to only get an associate degree and not a bachelor degree? She has the time and money, just doesn’t want to.

What are the benefits of having an associate degree?
