will a company business or management hire someone with a bachelor degree of psychology?

do you think many companies just want to see that you have a degree, will a company hire you with a bachelor degree in psychology, say a position such as manager.

and do you think having a business certificate next to a bachelor degree of psychology helps? such as a certificate in database or accounting ..etc will get me a job with computer field.
