Ok I am in college for Justice Studies (Criminal Justice) and Spanish. My question is: what is the best college to transfer to after I get my degree from the college I am currently in? I live in Pennsylvania and I would like to stay in state but I am willing to move to a good college. I graduate in about 2 or 3 semesters and I need to get moving on finding a higher level college for Justice and Spanish. Any ideas?

Would a college just revoke your offer of admission because of low grades after being accepted?
I have received two offers of admission from one college and my marks are all in the 80s and 90s and have not gone any lower. But i was considering applying for two other courses at other colleges, I was wondering if the colleges that have accepted me already could revoke my offer because I applied to other colleges as well?

Emory college accpets 27 percent applicants and oxford accepts 56 percent but by junior year they go to emory. I dont understand this. Is Oxford college like UTSA where u waste a year to go to UT or is it just the same thing. SOmeone please tell me.
